**Even though you are not prepared for everything in this list, that is totally fine. This check list is for recommendation only in order to prepare accordingly. Many 3d visualisers have a lot of experience and knowledge to handle the situation, do not worry and just talk to them for inquiries.
1. CAD drawings
CAD drawing is the best source for the 3d designers to start analyzing and modeling accurately. Prepare your latest version/finalized drawing package including :
-Site plan
-Floor plan
-Elevation
-Landscape plan
-Section
-Detail
-Detail
-RCP
-Furniture layout
2. Material/Product info
Product name, model code, color, website address, material sample images
-Fabric
-Paint (color, finishes; matted, semi-polished or polished)
-Wallcovering
-Wood type, grains, color, finishes, plank dimensions (if there is any wood flooring)
-All furniture
-Artwork/painting
-Lighting fixture
-Millwork and hardware (kitchen cabinetry, knobs, faucet, toilet, sink)
-Appliances (microwave, stove, dishwasher etc)
3. Indications of preferred camera angles/ locations
- Specified camera angles in the floor plan
4. Reference rendering images
-General look and mood for the spaces
