- Your submission means that you agree that Uppportu.com and the sponsors can access your information and images for their promotions (for marketing and article publishing purposes).
- By participating in the Render Cup you are agreeing to the General Rules and Prize Rules. (*Participation includes submission, voting and competition).
- If there is any technical issue during the competition, Upportu will notify you via the Twitter, Linkedin page and Upportu website.
- Only ONE image per artist/studio can be submitted to compete with others until the end of the competition.
- Minimum image size will be no less than 1600 pixels.
- No name, watermark or logo can be on the image.
- Only images created in 2022 are qualified. Images that are not created in 2022, will be disqualified.
- Images that were previously posted publicly or submitted in other competitions will still be valid.
- If there are 46 countries participating, only the top 32 countries with the highest votes can enter the tournament.(the final number of participating countries will be announced).
- If there are two even numbers for two projects, whoever hit the highest votes first wins.
- Duplicated images or same images submitted by different accounts will be disqualified.
- Any image that does not belong to you and your creativity, will be disqualified.
- AI (Artificial Intelligence) generated images will be disqualified.
- If participants image, title, author and engine description are considered inappropriate, discriminatory, intolerant, violent, explicit or political, the image will be unverified or disqualified.
- Any disqualified images/participants will see their access to the prizes forfeited.
- Cash prize by Upportu: Upportu will contact the winners for the delivery of the cash prizes.
- Sponsors package: The Winners list will be transferred to our sponsors and sponsors will contact the winners individually.
- All the prize winners will be contacted at any time after the end of the Render Cup.
- Upportu subscriptions cannot be claimable as cash.
- Sponsors packages cannot be claimable as cash.
- Prizes are not transferable to someone else other than the winner.
- Some countries are restricted to receive prizes, upportu will discuss with winners to find the best way to deliver prizes. If there is no possible way to deliver the prizes, the prize may be forfeited.
- Upportu and their sponsors are not responsible for failure to contact winners (in cases where said winners do not answer or reply).
- Prizes that are not claimed by winners by the last day of March 2023 will be forfeited.
