Greystar is a real estate company offering expertise in investment management, development, and management of rental properties in prime locations across the world. Their London office approached us to create images for their Chapter Kings Cross project.
The client came to us because their usual supplier was overwhelmed with work and they needed someone who could come in quickly and deliver high-quality images in a short amount of time – which we did and they were very happy with. They were also successful in their planning application.
We did a number of material variations for the facade. The client wanted to get visuals in order to look up what the effect of these different materials would have on the building and the impact on the surrounding for their planning submission visuals.
